Craig, Julie-Anne and the team have been professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with throughout. The quality of the fabrication and installation is outstanding. We had a pair of bespoke automated driveway gates manufactured and installed with underground motors, an intercom system and an integrated postbox, and we're absolutely delighted with the finished result. What impressed us most, however, wasn't just the quality of the gates—it was how they dealt with the few small issues that arose. The original postbox was manufactured deeper than we'd envisaged, so we raised our concerns. Without hesitation, the team arranged for engineers to return on the very next working day to modify it. After that, there was one final detail that wasn't quite as we'd hoped, relating to the positioning of the postbox within the gate. Again, a quick conversation with Julie-Anne was all it took, and another engineer was promptly arranged to reposition it. To us, that's the true measure of a company. No installation project is ever completely perfect, but what really matters is how a business responds when a customer raises a concern. Almond Electric Gates never became defensive or dismissive. They listened, acted quickly and genuinely wanted us to be completely happy with the finished product. That level of customer service is increasingly rare and speaks volumes about the pride they take in their work and their reputation. Julie-anne, at the office, is very pleasant to deal with and provided us with a quotation for the replacement of a ten year old automation system on an existing sliding gate at our home, and answered all our questions about the system proposed to give us confidence that it was the right solution for us. The installation was completed by Craig and his colleague today and the new automation system provides us with smooth, quiet, high speed opening and new rails, magic eyes and remotes. I had inherited electric gates that were installed by another company.   They were problematic and the original company was unresponsive.  After much frustration and after looking at reviews i decided to go with Almond.  Although i was worried with the experience i had before that, (1) they were not near where i lived that it would be too far for them to travel, (2) that they dont want to deal with another companies mistakes.   I telephoned and Julie Ann arranged for Craig to come out the next day this was a total shock, as with the original company it was yes ill get back to you and never did.  Julie Ann arranged for the parts and guys came back out within 4 days.   I was shocked as i was used to being ignored and frustrated with other companies so it was a pleasant surprise to get all the work done at a great price, with no hassle.     The guys worked out what was wrong and fixed the problems.   I no longer feel that I cant use my gates due to their unreliability and feel confident that they are truly what they should be. Almond Electric Gates arrived on time and fully crewed for the job. The weather was horrendous but the team cracked on and got both the electric entrance gate and the pedestrian gate installed. The team kept me informed throughout the operation and gave me a thorough explanation of all the systems and controls on completion of the work.
